One way in which Ascension Lutheran Church reaches out into the community is through “Impacting Hearts.”

 

This ministry came to Ascension in 2011 as “Emerging Light Foundation” serving the foster youth of Los Angeles and surrounding areas.  It later became known as “Impacting Hearts,” and is sponsored and operated by Young Life.
